Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the natural composition and personalized nature of our skincare and haircare products, we have the following policy:

1. Returns and Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items: 

• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at moonchildnourishingoilky@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We will require photo evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

• Upon verification, we will happily process a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

2. Non-Refundable Item Policy:

• For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on items simply due to a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the scent or performance. All sales are considered final once opened.

• Sale items, gift cards, and items purchased using promotional codes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Processing Refunds:

• If a refund is approved (under Section 1), it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
