We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the natural composition and personalized nature of our skincare and haircare products, we have the following policy:

1. Returns and Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items: ​

• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at moonchildnourishingoilky@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.​

  • We will require photo evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

• ​Upon verification, we will happily process a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

2. Non-Refundable Item Policy:​

• For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on items simply due to a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the scent or performance. All sales are considered final once opened.

• ​Sale items, gift cards, and items purchased using promotional codes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.​

3. Processing Refunds:

• ​If a refund is approved (under Section 1), it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
