Limitation of Liability: By purchasing from Moonchild Nourishing Oil LLC, you agree that our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Moonchild Nourishing Oil LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or from shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or carrier errors.

Product Integrity & Weather: Because our oils are 100% natural and contain no synthetic stabilizers, they can be sensitive to extreme temperature changes during transit.

Heat: Oils may become thinner or, in the case of body butters/balms, may melt if left in a hot mailbox.
Cold: Some natural oils may cloud or solidify in cold temperatures. These are natural reactions and do not affect the quality of the oil. Please track your package to ensure it is not left outside for extended periods. Moonchild Nourishing Oil LLC is not responsible for products that change consistency due to weather exposure during shipping.

Assumption of Risk: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package. We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes.

Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy and disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and purchase of our products constitutes your original and ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Moonchild Nourishing Oil LLC. Because every bottle of oil is handcrafted, poured, and packaged in small batches by me, your patience allows for the highest quality product. Here is how I get my oils from my hands to yours:

1. Processing Times

Small-Batch Freshness: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 7 business days. I will always notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Pre-Orders: If an item is marked as "Pre-Order," please refer to the specific shipping date listed on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and P.O. Boxes.
International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! As a small business, I cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Moonchild Nourishing Oil LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact me at moonchildnourishingoilky@gmail.com so I can help you file a claim.
If your product arrives damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to receive a replacement.

In an effort to stay true to our "natural" roots, I use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging whenever possible. Please consider reusing or recycling your shipping box!
